Swedish Massage: It combines with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. Relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels, mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.
Esalen: is a form of Western, loosely based in Swedish Massage, it emphasizes the sensual qualities of massage. It’s applied to help the recipient get in touch with his/her sense & inner self. It’s also considered a meditative and personal growth experience.
Manual Lymph drainage: a specialized consisting of gentle techniques applied to the superficial skin layers, which allows lymph fluid to enter the vessels more easily improves immune function, reduces areas of edams, and aids injury recovery/healing.
Reflexology: is based in Zone Therapy, which postulates that 10 longitudinal zone of body end in the feet & hands. Pressure to the entire zone improve circulation, which in turn promotes RELAXATION.
Shiatsu(A- Shiatsu): is a system of finger pressure (deep foot pressure) to treat various ailment, applied along energy meridian and acupressure using thumb, finger, and/or elbow to enhance the balance and flow of Qi of energy.
Thai: is based on Ayurveda medicine, uses passive movement, assisted yoga stretches, pressure techniques to stimulate energy channels, release tension. Technique is gentle and rhythmic.
Tuina Therapy: is based in theory of Chinese medicine including Qi or energy channels & YIN-YAN. It includes stroking, pushing, grasping, pressing, palm rubbing, rolling kneading, lifting, holding position. Technique is applied to stimulate acupoint and affect blood circulation.

How Does It Work?
Cupping, Guasha, and Tunia treat a variety of conditions. Cupping is done by placing glass cups that suction to the skin on certain parts of the body, typically the back, and the suction causes the muscles to open up and release heat and toxins and lactic acid built up. It also helps to stimulate circulation, encourage better digestion and break up mucus in the lungs. Cupping feels similar to a massage, you feel looser and more relaxed afterward. This can be done on children and adults and it is generally not painful, most patients enjoy the feeling.
Guasha is often done in combination with cupping. Guasha is where we use a special tool to scrape the skin while placing pressure on the muscle to help release blood stagnation and relieve tight muscles.
